Chapter 84. Time to Gear Up

Nathan’s POV

When I arrived home, no one was in the living room as I expected. Where is everyone? Then I heard it, the screaming from down the hallway. I distinctively heard Amelie squealing with joy.

“In your face, Dante. In your face!” She yelled.

I chuckled under my breath. That’s my girl. Competitive and an overachiever.

I loosened my tie and headed down towards the sounds. I found everyone in the games room. Zander and Dutton were playing video games while Kimmy and Morgan watched them. Amelie and Dante were playing foosball, and by the looks of it, Amelie was handing Dante a good old beatdown.

“Twerkley,” I said. “Another thing that you lose at to a Michaels.”

“Amelie isn’t a Michaels yet, stock market,” Dante replied.
