No farm work today.

I finished the laundry, cleaned the house, and made a quick trip into town for groceries.

By the time I stood before the mirror, my thoughts had already shifted to tonight.

I tried on the dresses Mabel had bought for me until I settled into a floral dress with a subtle V neckline and light, airy sleeves that brushed my arms.
