Larry got dressed and wore a long cloak and a hat to cover his face. 

Walked outside into the chilly weather. He was walking very steadily and looking around from time to time to make sure that no one was following him. Miller the guy who worked for Ryan was busy following him with his men. But was keeping it low and making sure that he was not suspicious. 

 After walking for ten minutes just near Blackpool Beach. Larry took a left turn and walked towards a big building surrounded by big trees. Miller told his men to lay low and wait for his signal.
