Chapter 124

Since Luna started living with Alden and Alice, the tiny baby has been growing well and healthy. Now she has started learning to walk. "Oh, Luna doesn't want to sit still! She always wants to be taken for a walk," Alice said while kissing Luna's little face and body, making the child laugh. 

Luna's small hands reached out to touch Alice's face, returning the affection of the woman she knew as her mother. Luckily, Alice and Alden's children were asleep, so she could play with Luna without any interruptions. "It's so lively that I haven't heard my phone ring since earlier," Alden said as he walked over to his wife and Luna. He handed his phone to Alice, who received it and saw the caller's name.

 "Sherena," she said cheerfully, sliding the green button upwards to answer the video call. 

"Hello, Mommy!" Alice raised Luna's hand in front of the camera, mimicking a waving motion. The little child shouted with joy as Sherena's face appeared on the screen.
