Mel leaned back in her chair and let out a long sigh, it angered her that Ethan had rejected her proposal without giving it much thought, She felt a bit satisfied though, at least she had successfully rescheduled a second meeting with him, yet she couldn't help but think how frustrating he was, it was just her second day working under him, and it already felt so burdensome.

Just then, a thought struck her, while assistant Charles explained her duties to her the other day, he had mentioned that she had a senior supervisor who could help out whenever she needed clarification about anything concerning work. Standing up, she picked up her laptop which contained the proposal document, she had decided to go seek help from her senior supervisor. Walking through the corridors, she searched with her eyes looking for the door which had number 18 written on it, finally she found it.
