Chapter 85. Dating

"Huh, where is he? He said he would come here again?" said Ratu, who had been looking at the front yard, waiting for Sagara. She was still thinking about what Sagara said yesterday. He said he would come home every day. But wait for it, the awaited one did not come either.

"You're not waiting for Sagara, are you?" asked Danaswara. After yesterday's heated argument, Ratu's father looked unwell. He was wearing a jacket and a scarf.

"No, I'm not. How could I wait for the husband I kicked out," said Ratu. She closed her tablet and put it on the table. Now, she looked at her father, who still seemed so sorry.

"Forgive me for accusing your husband of all sorts!" pleaded Danaswara. He then coughed.

"I'll get you something to drink first!" said Ratu. She hurriedly stood up and headed for the kitchen.

Danaswara prevented her. He held his daughter's hand and shook his head, telling her to continue sitting beside him. Ratu followed her father's wishes and sat back down.
