Chapter 102

"Jamal, don't you think you should come take this call already? It might be important." Said Adele from the bedroom as she looked at the ringing phone on the bed.

"Can you please read out the name on the caller ID?" Jamal asked from the closet. He was dressing up for work.

"It says Reid."

Reid!

The moment the name registered in Jamal's mind, he bolted out the closet and flew over to the bed to pick up the call. Adele was shocked.

"Reid!" He called the moment he swiped the green icon and pressed the phone against his ear.

"Jamal." The person on the other end of the phone called and Jamal smiled. "Do I still have a betrothed?" He asked calmly and Jamal chuckled lightly and looked up at the ceiling.

He smiled hard and heaved out a heavy sigh. Confused, Adele could only stare and wonder what was going on.

"Yes, you do." Jamal finally replied to the person. "When are you coming?"

"I'll arrive on Sunday." The Reid guy replied and Jamal
