Chapter 189. Making a Space

Sarah looked down, letting the tears fall on her lap. "We really need space," she said while nodding her head. She wiped her nose and pushed her wheelchair back to her room. "Sarah, please!" shouted Adrian in exasperation, but she ignored him. She kept moving her wheelchair and closed the bedroom door tightly. She cried again while searching for her cell phone. She had to make up her mind, and she couldn't do that if all she could do was cry all day long.

"Donna, where are you?" she called Donna with her hoarse voice.

"I'm still in my apartment. Shouldn't I pick you up at ten?" answered Donna in confusion because it was still seven in the morning.

"Can you come earlier?" asked Sarah, trying so hard not to cry again; she hated herself; love really made her weak.

"Like right now?"

"If you don't mind..." said Sarah while watching the door; she was really hoping Adrian
