Chapter 22

I nodded to Manang Rosi before going to the garage and getting into my car. I don't mind if my head, cheeks, back, and neck hurt.

It's raining heavily, and I don't know where to go. My chest is too tight to stop crying. No. I won't cry. I'm not weak. I still can. I can still fight.

I heard a strange sound coming from my car's engine. The running slowed down little by little, and before it finally died, I was able to put it on the side of the road. I laughed. I had a good day earlier, but it looks like my day is starting to look bad.

I don't know where I am. I left my umbrella, cellphone, and wallet at home. I forgot that because of what happened. I tried to look around and saw that the road was quite familiar.

I don't know what I thought. I got out of the car and rushed into the rain. The thought of seeing Apollo calms me down.

I don't care if I'm wet now. All
