Chapter 7

"Hi, Daphne!"

I stopped walking when the Powerpuff Girls blocked my path again. But I can tell that something is off. Blossom is smiling at me now, and that's not all. She called me by my name.

I didn't want to pay attention to them and just planned to pass, but they didn't really let me pass. I sighed and faced them.

"What again?" I asked.

I was surprised when she smiled sweetly at me, but I didn't show my surprise.

"I told you, didn't I?" she said sweetly. "That I'll do everything to win? And I did. I beat you. You should learn how to play dirty, Daphne."

I frowned. I don't understand what she is saying. And it seems like she saw my reaction. She faked a gasp.

"You don't know yet?" She pretended to be surprised, but I could see the joy in her eyes. "You better go and check the website, Daphne. You'll understand what I'm saying."
