Chapter 22. I Loved Her More

Mia’s POV

Curled up in bed, I flip through the channels on the TV. Back at the Moonshadow Pack I never had the time to watch TV. I was always cleaning the floors or the rooms of the pack house. Thomas has more channels and streaming services than any one person needs. But I feel like with this many channels and services there should be something to take my mind off of earlier today but there is nothing I want to watch. There is nothing interesting to take my mind off the humiliation that I suffered.

I settle on a romance movie. It is finally getting to the part where the two lovers realize that they have been in love this whole time when a loud banging interrupts my movie. Getting up from the bed, I walk over to the door and flip the lock.

As soon as I unlock the bedroom door, it swings open and Dylan falls into the room with Thomas wrapped around his shoulders. I jump back before they have the opportunity to knock me over.

“What is going on?” I say as
