Chapter 105. Sydney’s Rage
Aria stormed out of the hut, letting the creaky brittle door slam shut behind her. Her soft luxurious cloak whipped the air behind her, her heart beat still pounding hard in her ears from her clash against the old matron.
Behind her, the door sprung open as Rose rushed out, and her legs moved fast as she tried to catch up to Aria. She called out in a soft, hesitant voice when she realized that no matter how fast she moved, she was not able to catch up to her friend.
“Aria, please wait --” her voice was laced with a note of panic,
