Khalid’s POV

I kept rubbing my temple in frustration as the whole place was in chaos.

Is this why my father dragged me here? To start listening to some fairy tale.

When I said that I have never fancied this guy called Allen, people thought I hated him.

Just take a look at his stupidity. Some people are just blessed with mates and they just trash it like it doesn’t have any value in their life.

They still have a choice to select, but what about me that haven’t gotten any? I sighed and motioned for Drago for us to leave.

I don’t think I can stay at the party any longer and besides I am not sure that there will be any party for everyone is leaving the ceremonial ground to their respective homes.

“Hey! Buddy… Time to get out of this place,” I tapped my beta.

“Am also as frustrated as you are,” He countered with a sigh.

Standing up to leave and that’s when the smell hit me. Which causes me to lick my lips unknowingly.
