Aria’s POV

I walked toward Khalid and sat beside him, I felt uncomfortable as all eyes were on me.

Their unsettling gazes weren’t helping at all. Still praying for them to divert their eyes away from me, I noticed Khalid indirectly brush her finger through my thigh.

I felt an electric sparkle shot through me, I wanted to glare at him but everyone had their attention fixed on me.

I swallowed and looked away.

“Can we all dig in?” The King said, earning a nod from everyone.

The clicking of the forks against the plates could be heard as everyone now had their attention on their food.

Varieties of food were displayed, and I don’t know which one to eat and leave the other.

At the table were cottage cheese toast, bacon, and egg-grilled cheese.
