Aria’s POV

I know that the rumors could be everywhere now.

Reaching almost to my aunt’s house I halt in my track causing them to stop as they cocked their head at me.

I let out a slight cough before saying to them,” You all should wait here, I need to check out something in the backyard.”

“We are instructed never to leave your sight for a minute,” One of the guards said.

“I said that I am going to the backyard and not like I am going far or running away,” I half yelled at him.

“But it is an order from the Prince,” He insists, annoying me.

That one question infuriates the shit out of me, what the hell does he mean?

That I couldn’t know what it feels like again to have privacy!

No! They should also ensure to walk me to the bathroom and watch me do my business there because of their silly security reasons.

“You are the curse of all this, Khalid,” I spit with gritted teeth, imposing guards on me as if I am running away w
