Luke did not support the idea but I assured him that I would be alright reminding him that this was the reason I came to Kingslanding in the first place to experience and feel the danger.

Luke agreed and gave me seven days to return to the palace that he did be waiting for me. I was so excited but he did not let me go like that. Rather he gave me one of his sisters as a friend.

“Maris, stick with her and watch over her, don’t let her make a decision that I did later regret bringing her to this place and protect her,” he said.

I was surprised he didn’t send Jessica anyways I was comfortable that he sent someone to guard me still as going on the adventure would be boring to do it all alone.

Maris was a chill person and one could easily feel comfortable around her. She knew the place all too well and first suggested we both got a change of clothing to blend well with the society so we did just that.
