My gaze flickered open slowly, I blinked confused as to where I was, my gaze searched around slowly to be met gaze with Shawn’s.

My brain became functioning again

I flung myself out of the couch fighting back a wave of headache.

I scanned my gaze around a part of me praying that she would come running through the door this very moment but Shawn’s grave expression told me it would be anything but not.

“How do you feel?” He clasped my shoulders forcing me to look at him.

“You have to take it easy or you wouldn’t even be alive to see her return!”

“You don’t understand he…h…” my words choked up in my throat, I was hyperventilating once again

He hugged me tightly rocking my shoulders gently.

“Just breathe okay… It will be fine”

“I only want to find Hazel” my voice came out muffled against his shoulders
