Chapter 63. Real Kiss

He turned her and slammed her back against the wall. His actions got Kate more confused and shocked.

Isaac’s hand on her throat became tighter. "Why won’t you change for moon goddess sake??" Isaac grunted. He was clearly enraged.

All Kate could see in his eyes at that moment was darkness. It looked like he had utterly lost control of his thinking.

His hold became tighter on her neck every second.

"Isaac?" Kate started struggling with him, she was beginning to lose her breath, and he seemed more potent than normal humans. If only Kate knew that Isaac wasn’t any human but a werewolf and not any wolf but a Beta wolf.

Beta wolves were meant to protect their pack, their family. Isaac was probably going the extra mile for Serena. The thought that Kate was a danger to Serena did not go well with him at all. All he wanted to do was get rid of that danger, even if it meant breaking the werewolf rules of not killing innocent humans.
