Chapter 107
Olivia POV
After dinner, we moved to a lounge area at the stern of the yacht. The crew had discreetly vanished, leaving us alone under the stars.
“Dance with me,” Alexander said suddenly, pulling me to my feet.
“There’s no music.”
He pulled out his phone, tapped a few times, and soft jazz began playing from hidden speakers. “Problem solved.”
We swayed together under the stars, my head resting on his chest. I could hear his heartbeat, steady and strong. His arms around me felt right in a way I wasn’t prepared for.
“You’re good at this,” I murmured.
“Dancing?”
“All of it. The romance, the luxury... making a girl feel special.”
Alexander’s hand traced up my spine. “Maybe I just have the right girl.”
I didn’t know how to respond, so I tilted my face up to his instead. He took the hint, lowering his mouth to mine in a kiss that started gentle but quickly blazed into something more urgent.
