Morgan was in the doctor's office, he had told Nicholas to go through all his conversation and previous calls.

As confused as the doctor was, he couldn't say no to Morgan and let them search his phone. His recent calls showed that he called Olivia earlier that morning.

It was possible that anyone could bribe the doctor to call Olivia that morning. Morgan knew he was better than that, but right then, Olivia was concerned, the matter was about her.
