Chapter 116. Monster Family

Earlier in New York City, Madison woke up in Sebastian’s bed in the middle of the night, not recalling how she got there.

His arms were comfortably wrapped around her as if it were the most natural thing to do. Madison wanted to move, but her attempt woke Sebastian.

“How did I end up here? Did I drink too much last night?” She was thinking aloud, but Sebastian kissed her shoulder and caressed her body.

“No, you were just tired and fell asleep,” her reassured her.

Madison’s clothes from the time they ate, drank, and chatted together were still on, so she did not doubt Sebastian’s words.

Also, she did not feel any different from her former self. “Alright, I have to prepare for work,” Madison said, trying to get up.
