Chapter 65. Another Contract

Bobby, as Mr. Ethan just called him without much contemplation slips his hand into his suit and pulls out a document. "Here." He hands it to Brooks, who promptly takes it from him with a smile on his face.

Brooks has no idea what it is yet, but he has a gut feeling that whatever it is, it will be beneficial and will cause no harm. At least, Mr. Ethan wouldn’t still be smiling at him if it will.

He hastily stares down at the document before turning to stare back at Mr. Ethan. "Do you mind if I have a look, Mr. Ethan?"

"Of course, if you feel you can do it while standing." Mr. Ethan nods good-naturedly.

He smiles back at him and tears open the seal on the document but it abruptly drops from his hand as he sees the content and his mouth drops. "Another contract?" He couldn’t help the whisper from leaving his throat.
