Cornelius lifted Cronos’s arm and they saw black blotches in his armpits, neck, and at his back.  “..They are also around his groin.” added her mother as she took the cloth from Cronos forehead and went to the little kitchen.

“That vampire be damned,” grumbled Cornelius. Since the appearance of their prize coffin, their land has suffered a lot of distress, sickness, and followed with plague.

Watching his little brother, the latter groaned in pain, “big brother, it's so painful, what can we do? Am I dying?” let out Cronos. He was on the verge of crying but he dared not let them see his tears of pain.

“Let us pray, maybe the gods...” said Dawar on the corner as Cronos blurted out, “To which gods?” They glared at him.
