Chapter 22

 Knowing the Enemy

Leaving Vanessa in the hands of the nurses at the NIA, Reece, along with Samuel and Mr. Norman, left immediately to meet Dr. Manuel to explain what had happened the previous night.

When they got there, Dr. Manuel was in the middle of a lecture, but seeing the students around meant he had to close the class and attend to them.

He said to his students,

“Alright lads, we’ll end it here and continue next week. You can all go home now.”

As they packed their stuff and left the class, Mr. Norman, Reece, and Samuel entered the class. 

When everyone had left, they began their conversation.

Dr. Manuel says to Reece, “Reece. I heard you had to end your vacation shortly and save Ms. Vanessa McAllen.”
