Chapter 111

A week had passed since we came home. It was a stressful time as Melody and I were in the process of planning a massive wedding. There was so much to do.

I was sitting in my tailor shop trying to design a wedding dress. It was a lot of work, but I wanted to do it myself.

I also liked to sew and it was more personal when I did it myself.

I was on the third draft and so far I've been happy with the possible choices. I made progress and the results were impressive.

My work was interrupted by the door opening. "Marriage!" I looked in the direction the voice was coming from and a grinning Melody walked into the tailor shop.

I nodded and replied, "Yes, wedding. I'm still designing a dress."

She closed the door behind her and came towards me. "How far are you?" With a smile, I replied, "I'm making progress."

Melody sat down on the desk and I handed her the two finished drawings. She took it and smiled the same when she looked at it.
