ADELINE’S POV

“Those girls look up to you,” Dante tells me as we reach home. The house is empty right now, and we’re the only two people here. I spent the entire day at the facility where the girls were, and when it started getting dark, Dante and I drove Della home, and then he drove us straight back to the house he had built for me.

Naomi and Liam have been catching up with each other too on all the time that was lost and I want to do just the same with Dante. I want to do everything with him. I don’t want to take advantage of the time we have together. I want to be there for him and show him just how much I love him.
