Chapter 8. Back and Forth
Today
I wipe my hands and sit back, watching as he tries to crawl away.
Good luck.
He gets further away from me, leaning forward; I grip his leg and drag him back, hearing his scream. Yeah, it's broken.
"Did you think we wouldn't know or find out?" I shouldn't be doing this, but he deserves to be hurt. Lucia deserves peace knowing every man is dead that ever touched her that night.
"It wasn't me!" He crawls away, and I grip him, pulling him back and hearing him screaming.
"There was a video, Ron; maybe I should show your wife?" His body stills.
"Kill me." Standing, I laugh.
"Kill you?" I feel like torturing you. "What would your wife say and think if she saw the video, Ron?" I kick him over. He's lost part of his ears and nose.
"Don't. She doesn't deserve it!"
He's right, she doesn't. Sighing, I lean down into his face. "Did Lucia deserve what you and those men did to her?"
