Chapter 101. Lucifer

“How sure am I you are not lying?” asked James.

“I might be Laceyless but one thing I’m not is a liar.”

“Then let me see her!”

“You mortals are often persuasive.” Hades snapped his fingers, a thick red smoke covered them and took them away into the depth of the underworld where souls are tormented day and night.

It’s a deep pit filled with souls and agonizing screams never seize. Souls wail and cry in excruciating pain. Total darkness covered the deep pit. James looked, he can’t see anyone but he can hear multiple screams. He was standing at the top of the rock that lowered down to the deep dark pit. “Where is she?” he asked.

With a snap of fingers, midst covered the entire place. James looked again; he saw a cloud of black smoke coming towards him from the deep dark pit. On top of the black smoke was Lacey standing on it. She was naked.
