Chapter 22. Survived

James puts his hand into his pocket for his cell phone, only to realize he wasn’t with it. “Oh shit, I am doomed,” he cried out.

“It’s time for us to go. The path is clear.”

The second creature places his hand on James’s shoulder as they all disappear.

James was already freaking out as they appeared at the entrance of a white castle. He looked around and then realized they are no longer at the rocky roadside. The ground on which he stood on was cobbled.

“How the hell did we get here?” He turned to face the second creature and gave him a side look, “Seems like you can teleport. Do you mind teleporting me back to my apartment in 12th Avenue, Bailey County?”

“The warlock lord will be waiting for you. Follow us.”
