Chapter 249. Tough Decision

Without saying a word to anyone she made her way to the dungeon. Blasting open the iron door, she slowly placed her palm on Mel’s chest restoring her powers as glowing bright light shone out from her palm.

Mel was surprised. Expecting Jane was expecting her punishment but that never happened. Instead, she got her powers back. “What changed your mind?” Mel asked staring at Jane with a wide-eyed surprise look.

“They have my mother,” Jane mutters. “You are right. We should fight them instead of talking.”

“Oh no!” Mel exclaimed as she gently pulled Jane to herself hugging her. “I’m sorry they had your mom,” Mel whispered.

“Channel your powers against the hunters and do not use it against Afi. Can you do that?”

“I won’t do it for you but your mother. We will get her back alive.”

Mel is still not happy with the way Jane stripped her mothers. However, first things first, she has to play a role in saving Jane’s mother from the hunters.
