Chapter 69. Betrayers
The Knight’s Quarters
Lord Ramsey isn’t happy with the way James has spoken to him. Even though James was just acting up and shouldn’t be taken seriously, Lord Ramsey has taken it personal. It’s indeed true that James as the adviser of Lady Lacey is now the Lord of Lord Ramsey. This is the tLacey, Lord Ramsey didn’t want to hear. He can’t watch a stranger come into Wizithon and Lord over it.
He slammed the door of his quarters open and when he had walked in, he slammed shut it. He unsheathed his sword and tossed it on his bed.
He started pacing up and down with many thoughts going through his mind. First, he started wondering how James left Wizithon without anyone seeing him. And now he’s back with Lady Lacey without getting wet even under such heavy rain.
“What power do these two possess that I don’t know of?”
After a while, he picked up his sword and sheathed it.
“It’s time to pay someone a visit.”
