Aaron and Cassandra had spent all day running around with his team, following the lead they had acquired yesterday. He had decided not to take Zoey with today, telling her she would probably just get in the way. This, of course, got Zoey super pissed off, something that seemed to have become his favourite pastime of late. She spent all day worrying about the Condor brothers and what was happening between them. What little time she didn’t spend angry or worried, she spent feeling guilty.
