“Doctor Killian Chen was living in the forest. And he was already here when the murder took place,” Belle said quietly as she chewed a burger in the canteen’s corner.

“If what he says is true, then he may have known who killed those corpses,” she added.

“What are you murmuring?”

Belle was taken aback when Audrey appeared behind her.

“Oh my goodness, Audrey! Don’t take me by surprise like that!” Belle grumbled.

“I was aware of what happened earlier. Are you alright? Carl is a moron! I’m going to kill that jerk!” Audrey screamed.

Belle smiled, “Don’t worry, Carl is still in the infirmary.”

“So it’s also true that you endured him?! How did you do that?!”

Belle motions Audrey to get closer...

“I also have something to tell you.”

But the bell rang before Belle could finish her story.

“I’ll tell you later, but let’s go to the room first. I also missed the earlier lesson; Prof Villa will be furious!”
