POV: Lamina Darkwood
“Is this all that you find?” Luna Lamina annoyingly asked Gorgo — the Dark Wood Pack’s Beta, who couldn’t look straight at her and just bowed his head.
She furiously stared at the picture of a baby girl and a golden crest necklace placed on her table.
“Yes, Luna Lamina. Winston and Ameia Davis were indeed ingenious and shrewd. They hide Tamara’s whereabouts profoundly. Even her scent was unrecognizable, and I didn’t know how they did that.” Gorgo nervously explained.
Luna Lamina could smell his frustrations, making her grit her teeth in deep annoyance — her inner wolf was at bay.
“That wasn’t good enough, Gorgo. I want you to find her and fast — or else, you know what the hell will happen to you.” She ferociously warned him.
Gorgo swallowed roughly as his legs shook because of fear.
“I understand Luna Lamina.” He abrupt
