The Vikesh family were in the receiving area of the Lunar Pack Mansion, waiting for Elder Urticius, the assigned Were Elders’ Council Member who would assess Tamara. He was an elder wolf from the Northern Side and part of the Midnight Pack, known for their firm sense of unity and equality.

She was fidgeting her fingers because of anxiety. Well, all of them — both her parents who were also present in the room — were laced with concerned expressions.
