Chapter 27. To the South
It’s been two days since Tamara became part of the top six candidates for the competition for the next queen. It was definitely fulfilling, yet it was more of an unbelievable luck for her. She was feeling pressure, too.
Tamara heaved a deep sigh and slightly shook her head.
It’s also been two days since she last saw Shahara. She was so worried about her whereabouts, but Uncle Lorenzo and Aunt Rania told her that she just needed to arrange some important matters, but she knew better.
She could see their concerned faces and worried aura whenever she saw them in the study room. They were talking about something serious that she didn’t want to bother them.
Another was Kage, who became her constant visitor and con trainer, who told her that Doc Dreyson claimed that he saw Shahara crying in the woods and that it was just two days ago. He tried to get near her, but she immediately ran away from him, which was quite odd because they were childhood best friends.
