POV: King Hades Pierce
“What happened to the traitors?” His voice was deep and menacing as he asked his second-in-command standing in front of him.
Arlan swallowed hard.
Surely, the king seemed so calm while his eyes were glued towards the huge glass window, while his face rested on the back of his hand, in which his elbow was placed firmly on the armrest of his golden chair.
But his dark aura was saying otherwise. It was screaming of massive danger that was making him tremble with a bit of fear, too.
“They were already being stripped off their t-titles by now, my king.” Arlan politely replied — distress was slightly evident in his voice.
“But they are pleading to just move out of the pack. Alpha Lineus claimed that he couldn’t live with dignity now. With that, he is asking for your grace, my king.” He seriously added.
