“Your mate?” I squinted at that. “Like age buddy?” I gave them a dubious look. “I know I'm not that familiar with you guys, but there's one thing I'm certain about, and that's how old you are. Last I checked, Blue said you were older than I gave you credit for. How then did we turn to age mates?” I scoffed, folding my arms as I watched them, waiting to hear their response, to know if they would lie their way out of this like they had been doing. 

“Not that.” Blue rubbed the back of his neck as he got on the bed. He took my hand in his, sighing as he gathered his thoughts. “You are the one made for us. Like our soulmate.”
