At Esmeray’s confused look Isak explained. “She had been dying to beat her arrogant friend’s arse who had been ignoring her from the past decade.”

“Your mother send you here?” Esmeray stood as she asked in a tone that was hiding her pain and desperation to hold onto her brother for a little longer.

She didn’t want Isak to leave so soon. . .

The little girl in Esmeray wanted to know more about her parents, she wanted to beg Isak to take her with him to the place he called home. Home~ A place Esmeray never had. “This is the first time she allowed me to go out of her Queendom without her accompanying me.” Isak said with a bite in his tone.

“She must be really protective of you.” Esmeray added with a quivering smile, keeping her tears at bay. Isak was fed up with his overprotective mother while on the other hand Esmer
