“Shall I get you some tea, Luna?” Chase asks, his voice a whisper but clear. I glance at him. It is the first time he’s looked at me in the eye. I nod. He disappears from the office, reenters a few minutes later, and returns to his position. A young man walks in with a tray containing a teapot, mug, and teabag.
