Gabriella leaned in closer, hoping to hear Enzo's response to make sense of what Elena meant by fiancée but she was startled by a hand on her shoulder. 

She gasped, turning around to find Alejandro staring at her. "Is everything alright Miss?" Alejandro asked. 

He had been doing his usual routine checks when he saw someone leaning by the door, at first he assumed it was a maid and was ready to fire her on the spot.

"Uh... Yeah, I was just-" Gabriella tried to explain what she was doing, but the door to the study opened abruptly as Enzo and Elena stepped outside. 

"You better fix this Enzo or else the whole world will know about this," Elena warned through a glare at Gabriella. "It was nice meeting you, gold digger," Elena smiled at Gabriella before leaving.
