Chapter 63. A Quest to Save Isabella

DANTE’S POV

“Am I just supposed to stay here and do nothing?” I pace around the room, back and forth as I think of something to do. Gianna is crazy. I don’t know what she might be doing right now. Antonio told me to wait for a signal but before he left, I placed a camera lens in his eyes. It’s a new technology that I got from Russia. They look like contact lenses, but they’re really cameras, so everything Antonio sees, I can see in the screen in front of me.

There’s a dead man on the floor who I’m sure is Rio. Gianna hasn’t done anything drastic yet but am I just going to wait for her to shoot someone before I show up. I might be too late.

“We don’t know what Gianna might do to Isabella if we go there and provoke her. It’s dangerous Dante. But what we can do is drive close to their house and then walk the rest of the way. The place will be surrounded with guards surely but we’ll go with ours.” Marco proposes.
