Chapter 247. Changing Politics

Leon knew that he had to do what he was told to do. His life was on the line, and not just his. The life of the omega was on the line as well. He had already done the biggest thing: helping the guy be ordained as the Alpha of the pack. 

So yeah, now helping him to rewrite everything that past leaders had spent years setting in place did not seem too bad in comparison. Right…? Or maybe it did. But the point remained, he was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Doing this was going to hurt the pack really badly, but it was a bet that he was willing to put in. 

Because this meant that he was buying the omega more time. 

Gosh, if only he had a way of getting to her. If only he had a way of speaking to her. He really wanted to know how she was doing and wanted to be able to check in on her from time to time concerning her powers. But he was in the dark here, just like almost everyone else. 

It felt like he was the only one who was in this awful game
