I was about to pick up a branch of a tree that fell when suddenly someone stepped on it.

“S-sorry..” I heard a familiar voice.

I looked up at the man blocking the sun’s rays in my direction.

What is that sorry for?

For what he did to kiss me or for what he slapped on a tree branch.
