Book 3: Lyra Understands Me
Leandros’s POV
It was a lazy Sunday, and we spent it fishing and skiing with the triplets. Lyra packed up enough food to have a picnic by the frozen lake in our backyard. The pups enjoyed a sunny day outdoors until they were exhausted. It was something they had never done in the last four years, as Sunday meant pack meetings for me.
Therefore, it was a relief that Zeph had wrapped up all meetings on Saturday. It left me free to enjoy with my family. Lyra’s laughter and exuberance were so infectious that the pups and I caught on by the end of the day.
The result of our fun-filled outing was amazing. The pups bonded with Lyra so well that they started addressing her mom. My mind was now at peace seeing my pups find their mom in Lyra. She deserved it for everything she did for the pups ever since she moved in. She had no anger or resentment for having to look after the triplets.
