Chapter 50. Confession

I opened my eyes, but everything was blurry. I could hear familiar voices, but the one thing that I could feel most after pain and sadness was the warm and tingly touch that

was covering both my hands.

"She is going to make me insane for sure." I can hear Layla's voice.

"Will you shut up, Layla? Can you please help me wake her up rather than just doing your drama?" That was Matt's voice, and he sounded extremely mad. What did Layla do to make him so mad?

"How can I sleep when you two rabid dogs are barking in my ears?" I mumbled and wiped the tears away to see clearly. "Why did you disturb my beauty sleep?" I am glad that their bickering woke me up from that nightmare.

"You call that beauty sleep?", Layla snickered. "You have been screaming for almost fifteen minutes." I looked around and that's when I finally spotted everyone. Matt, Mia, Layla, Ellon, and a new person are standing near my bed, and all their focus is on me.
