Chapter 96. Pregnant Again

When Pharaoh reached the dining hall, everyone was already there. He passed by Octavian and gave him a friendly pat on the shoulder in welcome and settled into his seat.

"Good morning, everyone." Moses said, not understanding why they were staring at him. He decided to ignore everyone and went about his breakfast.

"Samy complained that you have not been visiting your children." Demy said without rancor, but certainly expecting a decent response.

Moses looked at Samy, who shrugged and continued his breakfast.

"I... I came to you but I know it's not enough. I've been busy, but I'll correct that mistake later today."

"There's one more thing." Said Demy when she realized he had given the matter away.

"I'm listening."

"I'm... I'm having another baby."

Moses dropped his cutlery in surprise and saw that Samy was just as surprised as he was.
