Alexander's POV:

"How is the issue with the Criminal Agency going?" I asked my father as he got ready for work.

"It has been tough trying to get the manager out because once he gets to court, we will all be implicated," he told me.

"And.. Fiona?" I asked him.

"Seems they have all gone into hiding." He told me not to bother.

"Wait…don't tell me you are starting to feel for her," my father asked as he turned to look at me.

"Oh.. no.. never," I told him.

"But why were you particular about me meeting her when I got back?" I asked him.

"Yeah..." he stated.

"Even though she messed up, I felt Fiona was going to be a perfect fit for you..." he said.

"Why?" I asked him curious.

"Because she has some knowledge about the business world and finances," my father explained.

"Because you know how you can be with finances, but I trust you now," he told me as he patted my back.
