Fiona's POV:

"Wow!" I exclaimed.

"I love your audacity Uncle but you would not be seeing me anywhere close to you, your son, or home," I told him in anger.

"And I hope you are not calling because of my father's business because I will not stop till I succeed," I said.

"I am..." He tried talking as I cut the phone off in anger.

"If you want to know more about your father's business, call me," he dropped a text.

I thought of keeping it to myself thinking it could be a trap. I decided to tell Veronica for our safety.

I only hoped they were not able to track my location.

I told Veronica about it and she asked me to inform the officer.

I got to work and I felt forced to apologize to Whitman.

"Come in," He said as I knocked on the door.

"Hi, uh… I am so sorry for how I have been behaving towards you lately..." I apologized.

"Oh really. I didn't notice but you look so beautiful today," he said, smiling.
