Fiona's POV: 

"Oh, what did you do?" I asked inaudibly and already in tears. 

"Oh, you care to see?" He asked. 

"Look," Alexander said with his phone in my face. 

"Oh no," I said on seeing the photo. 

Whitman was badly injured and he looked unconscious and helpless on the floor. 

"What did you do to her, Alex?" Uncle Victor asked as he saw me sitting on the floor crying. 

He could have probably heard me scream. 

"I just taught her a lesson," Alexander told him. 

"He hit me, Uncle," I told him. 

"Why would you do such a thing, Alex? She is going to be your wife for God's sake," his father said. 

"I needed to show her who is in charge here," Alexander replied. 

"You are so mean," I said crying. 

"It is great that you know now," Alexander as he walked away leaving me on the floor. 

"Await your downfall, Alex," I told myself silently.&
